My first RYN dinner for a good few months was a rather pleasant one...
Easy to get to if you're coming from Old Street station (national rail or nothern line) just a 3minute walk. You can also walk from Shoreditch High Street (London Overground).
As this Nando's branch had only revently opened, it was exciting to see what was unique and different. The decor was notably brilliant, we were seated downstairs and the wall was made off a load of wooden knobs which was very unique and impressive.
As we were seated, we had most of the downstairs as there Weren't many others. Great variety of complimentary chicken wings and pitta put on by the guys, so thanks for that. Struck luck in the raffle, and won myself a £10 voucher so got a butterfly chicken with spicy rice, peri-salted fries and two sides of halloumi! The Nandoncas were really helpful and brought over any food which had been left off the order. They were also interested in the RYN events and gave us some recommendations for future events which I thought was really helpful. I also loved the new electronic drinks machine! Great touch.
The quiz was good this week, very tasking, but Blayne, Liv and I somehow managed to win it!
Another cracking event, thanks Marc and James once more!
