Sagar! What a hero. It was my birthday. We got a free round of alcoholic drinks, a birthday card, the restaurant sang happy birthday, I got a free slice of cake with a candle in it!!

it was really good and nice ! The service was great thanks to sagar ! I Will definitly come back

The manager ,Peter was an amazing person and made sure the 5 people in our group were given the most excellent treatment at the time we had there ,extremely satisfied by the service and more employees should be like him . Amazing.

I visited the O2 Nando's as I was there for a show, we waited approx. 10 minutes to be seated even though there were empty tables on both floor. The queue to order seamed to take ages although not many people in it 5-6 orders. We then waited 45 minutes for our food, again there was empty tables so not overly busy. When the food did arrive the chicken was VERY dry barely edible, I struggled to swallow some bits without a drink!!

They sat me on the balcony which I didn't even know they had, so once I actually found it, that's when they brought the food out.

The chips weren't fully cooked and the garlic bread wasn't grilled at all so it was very rushed. I don't feel sick so it didn't kill me but I would not have minded a wait, had expected it as the place was so full.

As the service in the O2 Harvester was abysmal, we instead decided to go for a quick meal at the Nando's. It was a Saturday afternoon and there was a gig on in a few hours, so all the eateries were bustling, as Nando's was no different. As always with this place, we were greeted at the door and pointed to the stairwell, where we were to make our way up and be greeted once again and shown a table at the top.

It was the fist time in Nandos for my friend so I decided to go your restaurant because we were going to the cinema afterwards so we were looking for good food and quick service! I must say the staff and the food did met our expectation! We will definitely come back to this Nandos!

First time I'd been to 'The Dome' (as I still call it) on a non-event day; I had been to the Cineworld (saw 22 Jump Street, which I highly recommend) and the Nando's was nicely located exactly opposite the cinema escalators so it was clearly a no-brainer on where to eat! (there are countless restaurants in the vicinity).

George was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. His service was superb and made us laugh. He should be the manager of nandos because he is very passionate about his job. Thank you for a great lunch

Great feed after a football match, lots of choices of restaurants but had to be Nando's!

FOOD: pitta bread a bit stale, no cheese or pineapple even though it was ordered, good amount of mayo, nice leg but missing the oyster 6/10

PLACE: takeaway, had it delivered to backstage at the BRIT awards, i'm in a small box made out of carpet in the VIP lounge, very rushed but that's because I'm working 3/10

Nandos is an amazing restaurant all the people there were very polite and welcoming, they made us feel very comfortable. They explained everything to us and made sure we were okay on everything. We orded our food and it was there quicky, everyone I went with seemed to really enjoy the food. I recommend Nandos to everybody as its a top notch resturant and you can't get better.

This was my second visit to Nando's this weekend, I was planning to go to a Canary Wharf branch but I decided to go to one I hasn't been before. It's easy to find in the O2, you just enter, turn right and follow the road of restaurants until you come across it. Obviously it's in a really good location for doing other stuff, there's a cinema and of course the O2 arena!

In the O2 so suits it well, average nandos, two floors, but is usually full due to it being in such a busy place, worth checking out though
