My trip to this branch was one of mixed emotions. It was my sisters birthday and we decided to go out with her friends for her birthday. We hadn't booked and it was a busy saturday night but the staff were very accommodating and very helpful. Once we were seated we went to order our meals. I decided to try the new dish on the menu (coronation double chicken breast or something). Now, I was the first to order, but when everyone else got their food and I was still waiting, I decided to question the staff as to the whereabouts of my delicious chicken. Then I was told, "Sorry sir but we've run out of the coronation". Needless to say, I was not amused, especially as I was the first to order this dish and everyone else who'd ordered it got theirs. To make up for this, the manager came and spoke to me and offered me a whole chicken with two extra sides and a free beer for the confusion and mess-up.
From what started out as a normal Nandos that was leading towards a dissatisfied trip, became an epic win when I payed under £10 for a meal that would have cost me in excess of £20.

Well done Nandos in Nottingham. You made me a very happy customer :D
