Shout out to Lillith who let us try out the jokes (if you know you know) very friendly and fun, food was fresh and best we had for ages, service was quick and efficient

Ordered a whole chicken for 2 people. Since when does a who;e chicken consist of 2 legs, one wing and no breast? VComplained and was told this was a whole chicken. Order was served all wrong as well. The 2 plates were mixed orders on each. Took a while to get it sorted and by that time food was almost cold. Not a good experience.

Errrm I ordered the houmous starter and halloumi starter as didn't fancy anything chicken my partner ordered the charousco burger and 2 sides chips and a leaf salad. What was shocking was the price of the leaf salad which basically was a few salad leaves in a bowl with a few seeds which at home would cost about 30p to make! My partner was not impressed with the burger either.

The weather was extremely hot and despite the extreme weather, nothing was sticky, tables were very clean, sauces were as new and nothing was under par. Staff were friendly and professional despite the heat in the restaurant. The a/c did not work well and you could see how hot it was because everyone was perspiring profusely.
It was my daughter’s graduation meal and I had a cake. Staff especially the manager on duty graciously agreed to surprise my daughter with the cake.

First experience here and was a total crap show. Food was cold and hard to bite and wasn’t able to cut it. Felt like it was done in microwave. I had so called (grilled chicken burger) without the burger and only chicken. In picture it advertised with chips all I got was just a tiny chicken burger with hard meat bun I ate or tried. Looked at menu and for extra £3 on top of £6.90 burger I had you can get chips. False advertising and. Just all round terrible. Waste of money.

As a regular Nandos visitor (around 3 times a week, genuinely think I have an addiction I need to address) this was a great trip. We were greeted by 'Cal' who is always super friendly and smiley when we visit. Then we were seated and served by Simon. We had a slight problem with our table as it was super busy and people had moved tables so we had to wait a few seconds for it to be sorted. Simon was super apologetic and gave us some super lovely service because of this.

I have been a regular customer to Nandos for over 5 years now and never get tired of it. My go to meal is a half medium chicken with spicy rice and corn on the cob. My only complaint is the inconsistent sizes of the chicken and how sometimes it can be barely coated in periperi. The service in Norwich is always welcoming with friendly members of staff checking up on our table more than once. Nandos offers a variety of taste and it definitely lives up to its 'cheeky' reputation.

Having secured tickets to BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend, the only decision to make hinged upon take-away or eat-in with time not on our side after the drive from London. We opted for a take-away and so we called the restaurant when we were half an hour away and put everything through.

The girl that was serving me didn't even look at me whilst I was ordering. She seemed to pre-occupied looking out the window and looking to see if anyone was staring at her. This put me right off and instantly in a bad mood! I am a student, paying my money in this place! The food was lukewarm... such a disappointment. Usually I would take it up with them, but I chose to leave it s said girl was RUDE!!!!

After scattering themselves pretty evenly around the country (with a concentration in London), Nando’s opened up two restaurants back-to-back in a fairly small city. We had a walk about after Riverside, giving our hunger time to reload. The Norwich Red Lion restaurant is situated further from the station and among the high street shops.

Got into Norwich at about 8pm with the intention of only fitting in one Nando's... but I managed to squeeze both of them in :-) It was still about 20 degrees in the evening and really muggy... so what better way to call down than a nice Extra Hot chicken!?
