Milton Keynes - Xscape

Nando's Milton Keynes-Xscape. I was rather disappointed in the way the staff handled a rather unpleasant incident that happened this afternoon. A patron, sitting behind my husband, threw his head backwards and hit the back of my husband's head with his head. Instead of apologising, he turned around and screamed in my husband's face! He was extremely verbally abusive towards my husband and myself. Our son got up and "faced off" with the abusive bully!

Absolutely amazing good food and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Dana, was our server and she made the experience with her warm and friendly nature even better.

Abdul provided great service to me and my buddies.

Was welcomed by a lovey lady on the iPad with brunet hair taken out details down and told us it was a 15 min wait, food was amazing especially that Nando’s was busy. Connor was absolutely amazing such an asset to Nando’s team ! Will be visiting again I hope management pass this message on !!!!

I visited the Nando’s in Escape in Milton Keynes yesterday and received a very warm welcome from a lady called Leas (apologies as I may have spelt her name wrong). I was then served by Kate who was exceptionally helpful in placing my order. Me and my husband sat in the corner of the restaurant to keep warm as the sun was beaming outside but it was very cold and extremely windy.

Although the food arrived late and the chicken was overcooked, it was overall a lovely experience due to Jamil's great customer service! He was super friendly, prompt and had very funny jokes. He ensured we was okay! (Give him a pay rise!!!) :)

I had a Fino Pitta, with a side of Peri Chips and a Perinaise. The staff were very welcoming and recognised me and sat me down at my usual table that I always sit at, his name Conner. At the till I was asked if I would like to try the gravy, and my friend opted to, and we were offered straws or any extra water glasses that we would need. They let me know about my child balance and then we sat down, I had only just gotten cutlery and my food had come straight away.

It was about 3pm, not sure it that's dinner or like an early dinner.
Dates on my own are so swell, went to watch a movie then came down for a meal! Luckily the Nando's is right at the front of Xscape if you're coming from MK central, there's plenty of parking outside but it's not free, especially with all the other places around. It's a swell place to go as there's also fake rock climbing and a snow ski slope type thing, its a real day out.

This store is based at the xscape indoor ski centre in Milton Keynes, the parking is quite expensive but is free after 6pm and there is a large car park around the centre. This was the second Nandos store I ever went to so it was quite nice to be able to come back at last and review it. Quite an ageing store though lots of art with central booths and additional seating half way up the stairs and the toilets at the top of the stairs.

Looking for a tasty treat with the family then Nandos in the Xscape building Milton Keynes is a must. Set right in the heart of Milton keynes and with lots of excellent fun entertainment nearby its the perfect place to take the family.

This Nando's is located on the Xscape section in Milton Keynes. It means it's very well sign-posted by road from quite a distance out but also means it's within the town centre and so near to everything. Milton Keynes Central train station is about 1.5 miles away, so a brisk 20 minute walk.

As an avid member of the ‘I love Nando’s’ club I thought I was my duty to bring my last experience to the attention of fans.
