My nando’s was awful we didn’t finish it.
rice was clumped together
chicken very bland and fatty
chips only been shown the fryer
Just not an enjoyable meal at all. £45 is not cheap for chicken and chips. Nando’s used to be so much cheaper years ago and better quality. Not sure what has happened at this nando’s site but it’s gone down hill.

We were served by Heidi, she was amazing, gave great customer service, we had two fino Pitas, and 2 drinks, we drove.

Waited just over 50 mins for food. Watched many online orders and delivery companies collect food. We wasn’t told there would be a wait. Very disappointing. We come to Nando’s all a time & usually have our food really quickly. No staff apologised for the delay.

After shopping I decided to treat my children to some food. We looked at the Nando’s menu and decided to eat here. Upon our arrival I let the server know my son has a sesame and peanut allergy. She asked me not to order on the app but to go to the full area so I could speak to a manager who would help with our food. I spoke to the manager AJ who was absolutely brilliant. She took our order and left my son who has allergies until last.

Unbelievable customer service as soon as I walked through Lindsay helped me with my order and also took my order at my table. Lindsay was also a brilliant host and made sure I sat away from other customers as I suffer with anxiety.

If I was from Liverpool I would visit all the time but unfortunately I’m from Stoke.

Exceptional customer service from start to finish.
I ordered a veggie pitta, the food was great. The staff on the night could not do enough for us.
I was in a party of 6 for my friends birthday the young girl who sat us at our table was so friendly and helpful, really upbeat (I didn’t manage to get her name)
My friends little boy was really up set and several members of staff were so helpful, a girl named lauren and another girl with dark hair.

I came to nandos with my husband and 2 children was greeted at the door by a lovely young girl with glasses and brown hair name was leah i think, my husband has been once before many years ago and this young girl asked if i had been before which we said not really hence she explained the menu and said she had never ate here before her first shift either and it was only her 2nd shift but if she was to give a recommendation for food she would go for the chicken wrap as she enjoys plain things a

Very impressed when I went for dinner with my friends greeted straight away 25 minute wait but had us a table in 10 mins
Also waitress Janet was outstanding couldn’t do enough for us food was quick hot exceptional service can’t wait till next time

Arived here around 4:45pm... so just enough time to scoff some scran and get back for the England game... Only a handful of tables in use, so chose to sit outside.

I have been to probably about 30 different Nando's restaurants in my lifetime and I very rarely have any problems (even as a vegan diner). However, this restaurant is by far the worst I have ever been to, not only Nando's but any restaurant in general.
