I wanted to add a little comment here for a staff member. I had ordered for collection and immediately when I entered, I was kindly greeted by James at the Nando’s Light a young staff member! He happily told us that the order had come through so they would be around a 5 minute wait. He mentioned that we could wait here with such a polite manner as well as going out of his way to ask whether we wanted a glass of water! Honestly such amazing customer service and a massive thank you to James for going above and beyond!
