1 (Very dirty, nothing on walls, I wanted to leave!)

DIDN'T even get in!! Was absolutely fuming with how nandos are operating whilst in the pandemic. How they operate the booking in system is ridiculous! You can’t book in over the phone you can’t book in online. You’re expected to wait outside a nandos and scan a code to then be told to wait up to 50 minutes!!! In such busy places why don’t you just operate a book in only online! This would work a lot better to how you’re working it right now!! What a wasted journey! I will definitely not be returning!!
