Having waited 45 minutes we had to ask the server how long it will take to receive our food. They explained that it was due to a veggie burger taking long and time of year. However it wasn't even busier than a normal day. The young guy serving us was great he offered us more drinks due to the wait. It was more frustrating seeing the food sat waiting to be taken to tables. Staff would just walk past the waiting food. Overall we love nandos it's amazing food. Just too long to wait. It meant we couldn't do the shopping we hoped to do afterwards due to the time.
