Service was fantastic. I had requested to have it plain however technology being how it is. It didn’t process. When I spoke to a team member they explained it hadn’t gone through, however they were still happy to accommodate. Thank you very much, it was very much appreciated

Well, the time finally came to visit Nando's after 4 months of not visiting thanks to the Coronavirus Pandemic. I could've ordered a takeout but I wanted the proper experience so decided to wait until they began reopening branches again. Nando's Junction 27 was the closest one to us that was offering the "sit in" experience so myself and 2 friends made the 1 hour and 20 minutes car journey down to it.

I had the new coconut spice with a double pita which was incredible! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs. One particular staff member, Aidan, stood out the most with his big smile and fantastic outlook on working. Overall the trip was exceptional and this has to be the best Nando’s I have ever been to.

Quite a busy day being Mothering Sunday, the whole site was busy though sat nav tried to take me to where Frankie and Bennys are. Lots of interesting things going on this site spread out amongst different car parks which is great for car users as increases the chance of parking outside your designate store, not so good for pedestrians but since this is even named after the motorway junction it lies upon I don't see issues with it serving the motorist.

I decided that Wednesday would be the day i embarked on my first Nando's meal. it had been recommended by a friend who could not believe I hadn't been before. I was looking forward to losing my Nando's virginity and entered feeling excited and happy. However it only took 5 seconds for my spirit to being ruined.

Lip smacking butterfly chicken breast dripping in X hot sauce topped with a huge slice on lettuce, two juicy tomato slices resting gently on a Freshly baked Portuguese roll hidden underneath the chicken I found a grilled pineapple looking very swole indeed sitting gently onto of a heart healthy avocado.

Tiny portions, never experienced anything like it in many visits to other Nandos. Seasoned fries looked like seasoning had been dumped on with a bucket. 'Full chicken' platter was four tiny bony thighs. Utter disaster but with overseas business colleague and my girlfriend so could not make a scene. Pitiful excuse for a Nandos and pitiful service.

Waiting times were bad. Told 30 mins but was 45 minutes before we even sat down!
