Upon arrival we were told to use the app to place our order. The Internet connection was awful. Took 15 minutes to get to the payment page and it froze. When I asked a waitress about the Internet connection she was rude and ignorantly told me they had WI-FI. I pointed out we didnt know that and there was no advert in the restaurant pointing that out. I asked her why it had to take me to mention that the Internet connection was poor for her to rudely tell me they had WI-FI? Annoyed by this is i took it to the manager, I asked him why do they push customers to order on the app when their Internet connection is unusable and they didn't promote their WI-Fi. He said it was above his paygrade, shocking customer service!!! I also asked why they didn't put a sign up saying they had WI-FI available as this would be very helpful to paying customers. Again he said it was above his paygrade. Again shocking customer service and this was the manager!! Food was fine but left with a very bad taste in my mouth from the terrible customer service from both the waitress and the manager. Nandos need to train their staff better or hire new staff. Do not eat at this restaurant unless you have read this post and have to ask if they have WI-FI upon arrival. Won't eat here again.
