Very disappointed in the food - not because of the staff. The plant based strips have been replaced by a disgusting, slimy “fillet.” Felt like I was eating Quorn 15 years ago. I took three bites to try and like it but couldn’t stomach it. I hate food waste but I genuinely wouldn’t feed that to a stray dog. I am baffled that this is the replacement for the strips which were great. Nando’s has definitely gone backwards.

I have to say our first ever experience of Nandos was Amazing. Hubby and I are from the Analogue era but Levi took us in at the Fort Glasgow/Edinburgh, explained everything soo well and just made it such an enjoyable experience. He kept checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Defo Top staff award has to go to him. We both reckon he must get amazing reviews all the time. There was also a young lady called Jane who sorted out our desserts for us. She was just Lovely.

waited ages for halloumi to go with my wrap only to see the table next to us who arrived 20-30 mins later receive the same product first :( so disappointing

Jonnys customer service at Glasgow fort was outstanding. Errors were corrected immediately and constant check ups of satisfied service. Brilliant employee, will be back.

Just want to give some feedback went into nandos at the fort I have been to several different nandos and I must say this was the best from start to finish staff were so helpful especially Lauren who was lovely and couldn’t do enough for us the qr code couldn’t work and she sorted it straight away I usually don’t give feedback but feel it’s really important when the service and the food was this good to give the comments well done to all staff at nandos fort will definitely be back

Standard 1/2 chicken (lukewarm, arid , tasteless). Lucky the sauces are good as this is about the lowest quality chicken I’ve ever had. Sides OK. Slaw room temperature and not freshest. Staff awful, almost no contact given other than st the door. Poor all round.

4 chicken thighs with peri chips. Medium heat. Excellent food.
Would just like to compliment one of the servers/waiters. His name is Scott I think. Every single time I go to Nando’s he is full of smiles and is so polite and friendly. What a credit to your company and store and Glasgow fort. If there’s awards he should get one. Always goes the extra length for customers and is happy to do so. Well done Scott.

Yet another cold meal with poor service and a very long wait at the Glasgow Fort, come on Nandos, what a great size of restaurant freshly refurbished and inviting but the marketing doesnt support the product. Cold food again and the order wrong again !
You seem to be making a habit of this at the Glasgow Fort.

Ordered a takeaway and the food we got was very disappointing. Regularly eat at Nando’s and so was shocked at the portion size as well as the food being burnt and rock solid.

Never been so disappointed. Went for dinner at around 8pm with my mum. I ordered a burger and Piri salted chips and sweet corn, my mum ordered a salad without chicken. We waited around 40 minutes for our food. I noticed my food sitting on the hot plate for over 25minutes. When my mums salad was ready we were passed out plates from over my mums head from the boy behind the booth. I tried my chips to start which were hot on the top and cold on the bottom!

253 visits on our Chilli count and I have never experienced such ignorance and arrogance in all my years of eating in Nandos. Unfortunately my Peri Chips were freezing cold, not normally a problem but unfortunately I had the displeasure of encountering Erin, most certainly Nandos most cheeky arogant and Ignorant staff member and would be better served drowning puppies to give her pleasure.

After enjoying our food my wife and Iwere sitting talking when I looked at the wooden wall decorative panels and the rough timber decoration running right to the ceiling and noticed months of dirt and dust on them.We highlife do this to a staff member who said he would inform management of our concerns. We won't be back.

On my way up to Angus for a second week meant I could stop in to another couple of Nando's on the way and this time I went for The Fort at Glasgow. There are a couple thousand free car parking spaces on the retail park, which is home to a host of other eateries and shops, as well as a DW Fitness gym and a Vue Cinema. Easterhouse train station is the nearest and about a two-mile walk away...

Simple nutritious food in a clean transparent place

I had a chicken burger HOT! no mayo! Peri Chips and plain corn! and a glass of house white wine! My partner had Chicken butterfly MEDUIM! Peri chips and mash potato! and a bottemless Coke! we both enjoy Hot sause for dipping out chips! WE ALWAYS GET THE EXACT SAME EVERYTIME WE GO! NO NEED FOR A MENU lol

This store is at the Fort shopping and leisure complex nearish to a Vue cinema and benefits from a large free car park which confusingly faces the back of the store and the front is on the footpath that circulates the store. An area at the front was cordoned off by planters and I assume they have tables and chairs here during the summer.

Always had good service at this Nandos, the food has always been delicious and perfectly cooked. The staff can sometimes be a bit rude though and although there was no wait at my last visit, there usually seems to be a long wait for a table and last time the staff didn't bother to phone us back when there was a table free.
