I would like to commend Tuan for their excellent service at Nando’s. They were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. They took my order efficiently, ensured everything was correct, and were happy to help with any questions I had.

Their positive attitude and professionalism made my experience enjoyable, and they clearly work hard to provide great customer service. It’s employees like them who create a welcoming atmosphere and encourage customers to return. I would highly recommend recognising their outstanding contribution to the team.
