Finchley - Lido

I would like to commend Tuan for their excellent service at Nando’s. They were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. They took my order efficiently, ensured everything was correct, and were happy to help with any questions I had.

Firatcan Was incredibly helpful. He has great costumer service. Kept making sure we didn’t need anything. Table was cleaned and he was welcoming.

They are absolutely disaster

Amazing staff made us feel extremely welcome, must say I don’t normally write a review but had to this time due to the excellent service by 3 stand out stars at the restaurant the staff members are Pantea, Vybe and Issa all were amazing from arranging our table to taking our order to speed of service. Amazing will be telling our friends to definitely come here and will be back soon.

As soon as I enter the building Constansa greeted me and my partner and made us feel really comfortable. She ask us seat preferences and kept on checking us to see if we were alright with such a friendly smile. I appreciated her politeness, smile and funny conversation. All staff was amazing but Constansa stood out ! Defiantly deserves a reward.

Absolutely fucking shit. why the hell are we signing up for some full pointless membership to nandos just to get food. the website was slow and coz my email on my phone was down I couldn't fuxki g eat. then just had to sit here like a fixking melon as no staff would come to the table to help as it is all on this shirty app that is making you sign your life away. just let people have their food you cunts. all the best a client that you don't give a shit about.

Had a issue with the order and The manager Hafi sorted it out for me straight away. Very polite and helpful lad

We went to nandos in finchley today to have a nice dinner with friends (we visit this nandos almost 2 times a week) ,,, there was a small issue with the timing of the food which was resolved very fast with the help of staff and they were extremely friendly to us . I never experienced such a customer services in a restaurant .
Very kind and helpful people and never stopped smiling even when we had a complain . They sure know how to change a complain to a complement.

1 hour waiting time when my husband asked. I came 1 minute later and young lad on the door said 40 mins. I asked why the dramatic change and he said you can wait an hour if you want. What is that all about. His friends got seated even quicker.

Manager great , seated me within a minute.

Shame his staff let this restaurant down.

This Nandos meal was one of the best- the food was expectional and the sauces exquisite. I and my colleagues, some of whom had never had the true Nandos experience before, all enjoyed the chicken, chips and atmosphere immensely.

I was really pleased with the service i got today by Sara in Finchley Lido. I felt vey welcomed and really dis enjoy my visit by all the other staff memebers!

How good is James Bond. Nando's is consistent.

We (6 of us) were waiting quite a while to be seated, which seemed to be down to an inability to move smaller tables together to form larger tables. Once we were seated the food took a standard length of time to come.

9 amigos showed up for a traditional post party Nando's remedy and were given exactly what the doctor ordered! A table of 9 was conjured for us out of two lesser tables (booth and single) and there was no cue to order execept the one we had made ourselves. The staff were helpful and the service was very quick, first meal about 5 minutes and the last about 5 minutes after that max!

It was my second day in London, and luckily, a sunny one. We went to this place, that my friend had been talking about, not knowing what to expect. We didn't have to wait for our table, even though we were 8. The staff gave us an extra table so we could fit comfortable.

Like Brent Cross, it's best to drive - not take public transport or walk. There's free parking which is an advantage but I think it's always best to park 5/10 minutes away because a walk leading up to a Nando's is invariably delightful. Lots of children around, they've probably just come away from bowling or cinema activities so it can become rather rowdy, or at least noisy enough to be concerned about decibels.

It was a busy evening, we were lucky to get a table. Food did take a while to come, though (although claiming my free half chicken meant I wasn't too bothered!)

This store is just off the north circular and benefits from a large free car park which also services a Hollywood Bowling centre and a Vue cinema, it is hemmed in by a Frankie and Bennies and a Mcdonalds. There is a small seating outside seating area to the front of the store.

Easy access - in big complex and parked right in front of the entrance

Very busy nandos with lots of takeaway orders coming in! Had to wait 20 minutes to be seated but food was relatively quick. They were poor at clearing tables.

Free parking in a complex with a cinema, gym and bowling alley. Can get busy in the evenings though, especially Friday and Saturday.

My first visit to this Nando's without an extreme hangover!

I've had a few meals at this branch, with a fair number of complaints about all my previous meals here. One time my food arrived stone cold, as if it had been left outside for ten minutes - one member of staff quite aggressively insisted I'd started my meal and couldn't send it back!

Needless to say this was resolved, and this review will cover my most recent visit.

Pre cinema meal, lemon and herb, my first nandos, not a big fan, found lemond and herb quite hot

Good food, great company. A very well known Nando's to the site production team. Again did not queue. Food hot, plenty of peri salt. Forgot the Perinaise! Plenty of chicken. Looking forward to a whole chicken very soon!

The best chicken in Nando's, cooked to perfection

Was working in High Barnet for a couple weeks back in 2007 and almost lived on Nando's in the evening! It was before there was any Extra Extra Hot sauce too - looking back, oh how the times have changed :-)

I was staying in the Comfort Hotel on the same complex as this Nando's, so within a minute I was munching chicken... There's also a Hollywood Bowl and a Vue cinema on the same complex - so plenty of activity to do in the evenings with loads of free spaces.
