I went in for a nandos with my friend and was greeted by a member of staff I believe to be called Fran? I’ve been to ely nandos numerous times and the service has been excellent so I’m guessing this guy is new to hospitality. He decided to seat me in the corner of the restaurant on uncomfortable seats despite the whole restaurant being empty. Already a tad frustrated when we asked to order drinks he said I’m going on a vape break no replies which we were oustanded by. So we decided to order everything online. The chubby git then brought us our food half an hour later and put it on the table very aggressively. We were stunned leaving and won’t be returning.
