I have a dairy allergy and eating out can be a mindfield and very disapointing. BUT Ely Nando's is the best and I never feel afraid to eat there. The manager on Sunday (mothers day) was exepctionally helpfull. Checking all my food order and confirming with staff who were cooking the food. She was polite and knowledgeble and didn't make me feel a nusance for having to order seperatley. It was a great meal and we were a group of 8 and 2 were my granddaughters who are both autistic.

I went in for a nandos with my friend and was greeted by a member of staff I believe to be called Fran? I’ve been to ely nandos numerous times and the service has been excellent so I’m guessing this guy is new to hospitality. He decided to seat me in the corner of the restaurant on uncomfortable seats despite the whole restaurant being empty. Already a tad frustrated when we asked to order drinks he said I’m going on a vape break no replies which we were oustanded by.

Had a great experience at Nando’s in Ely, thanks to a staff member called Phillipa (I hope I’ve spelt her name right). We placed an online order for a whole chicken and she called to let us know they had run out. This was at 9:30pm, we would have struggled to find other food at this time and we were hungry. Before I could even say anything, Phillipa had apologised for the inconvenience and offered alternatives to my order.

Good food. Nice enough staff but real shame at cleanliness of the restaurant. Filthy floors. Chips left lying under tables black metal edging along tables 25 -28 rotten with greasy dirt and cobwebs on it !! Come on guys give it all a deep clean ☹️☹️

Stopped into this new Nando's late afternoon. It's located on the new Ely Leisure village just off the A10 - about 1.5 miles walk from Ely train station. New store therefore the only thing about this place was it looked new. The rest was appalling.

Ordered a takeaway livers. Staff were standing around like they on drugs before they would even take the ordered. When I got home (a 45 minute drive) I found a roll and a bag of sliced pittas.
