The staff were all very nice and it was like they actually wanted you there and appreciated the fact you were the ones who actually fund their wages. The only thing bad I really can say about it is that their system for waiting on tables is a bit flawed. You get in and they say 10 minute wait so we were fine, but we didn't get a table for half an hour, which was pretty rubbish. Got over it quickly though, just cos the food is awesome.
