Edinburgh - Fountain Park

Donna could not have been more friendly and helpful. She greeted us with a smile, took us to our table and made us laugh with her conversation throughout our meal. She was attentive without being intrusive, but most importantly she made our daughter feel.so special. Donna interacted with her and took her to get some ice cream after her meal.

Donna, who served us was genuinely lovely and wonderful. I’ve never felt to attended to or welcomed at a Nando’s before. Her conversation and suggestions were lovely and the cake she suggested was superb. Donna is a credit to the restaurant.

Enjoyed my meal at this Nando's and the staff were particularly friendly in comparison to other Nando's I have visited, I believe our host was called Cara and she was very welcoming and friendly. Food was good and fairly quick, overall was a good customer service and would definitely come again

I went there with my teenage son,it's his fave restaurant! And the only place I can get him to go,to spend some quality time with me! He lovely spicy wings,and sweet corn. I especially love the sauces :),and have competitions wIt my son to see who can taste the hotter sauce.

Since there were so many people in Nandos the staff told us that our meal might take a bit longer so they kindly gave us a free starter that was served within 5 minutes. Great bonus, and the food still didn't take long to get to the table. We were very happy when we left.

Staff seemed more interested on chatting amongst themselves than actually working, this wouldn't be the first time I have been in this restaurant and there have been at least 4 staff members sitting at a table chatting and drinking the juice rather than doing anything. Are you hiring Nandos ? As it appears to be money for nothing at least in Fountain Park. Will stick to Chambers street from now on.

Very friendly staff, made us feel welcome and even had some good banter. The food was well cooked and came quickly. We didn't feel pestered by the staff; they asked if everything was ok with the meal and if we needed anything else. Staff were considerate and asked if the table (high table with stools) was suitable for us before seating. Clean tables and good music. Left happy and full!

This was the only branch in Edinburgh that I hadn’t been to, mostly because it’s not actually in the city centre like the other two, it’s quite a walk from the centre in a leisure park with a Cinema, Casino, Bowling Alley and some grabber machines which I spent £10 on trying to win a Papa Smurf.

What better way to warm youself up and after spending the morning shopping in the freezing scottish air than go for a piping hot Nandos. Just waht the doctor ordered! Never been to a Nandos outside the England before but i was very impressed, the service and food is as good if not better than all the other Nandos i have ever eaten in. Very good standards throughout.
