From Host Andy to Manager Helen me and the kids had an fantastic experience- this branch had gone downhill in previous years in my opinion - it was amazing today - vibing and the food and service was excellent- amazing staff - table 15 I spent £81.75 - worth every penny! Thank you Helen and the Team for an amazing lunch

On a busy evening the service was amazing from all the staff led by the manager David Taylor

We always use Nandos when we are visiting the theatre or cinema. Reason-High quality food at an outstanding price with excellent choice and served quickly without fuss or favour.

After a day at alton towers and finding this nando's it was a welcome break. Great service, almost full, just a shame its inside a dull Westfield.

There was a bit of a mixup in my table. When I got back to my table, another party had been put there despite me already being given the place. The matter was quickly resolved though and no sauce was spilt! Still, it was a bit of a cause for concern that the table hadn't been allotted properly.

Frozen yogurt WAS working - Strawberry. Perfect consistency. :)

great food clean toilets and smiling staff! Food was delicious! Really busy which can be annoying at times and always irritating that there is only one person working on the till! Food arrived in good time.

Love going to the westfield any excuse to go to Nando's (what's that, christmas shopping, lets go to the westfield, oh yeah there's also a NANDO'S there!!! om nom nom) can't beat a good nando's, a days shopping and then cinema and home, quality day out with the girlfriend, at a quality nando's restuarant.

With a deluxe cinema next door this is the perfect place to have a meal before or after a film. We had just signed for our new house and what better way to celebrate than to go to NANDO's!!!!

Located in the Westfield so plenty of good priced parking. I decided to park at the ParkSafe on Bold Lane which was a 5 minute walk away, just for kicks! :-)

Westfield is just as you would expect, a massive shopping centre with huge variety in terms of restaurants and shops but that does not stop Nando's from having a half an hour wait for a table on a Saturday afternoon which meant that we had to resort to having a take away. The issue was that there seemed to be unoccupied tables due to poor management of the waiting list for tables.
