Cris was rude Manager, lack of understanding and empathy.
Poor decision make, and problem solving.
Defensive, and not listening to the guest.
I have noticed twice in my previous visit the same Manager being rude to others guests.

We decided to come for a quick meal and we were served by Ibz. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to provide us with excellent service. Definitely a star employee and made the whole experience very enjoyable!

This has to be the worst Nandos I’ve been too. Waited at the door the staff were just staring? After a while someone finally came and said something and sat us down. The girl doing the delivery was so rude it’s ridiculous, her name began with a W. We asked for a table to be cleaned so we can sit there she said it’s fine after I told her I’m making an order to that table, they then sit someone on our table?

I had such an amazing experience at Dalston Nandos, was welcomed very well by Maria, who gave excellent customer service and Silvina who ensured all the food was correct and in order. Will definitely be back again !!

The communication and service is not great at all at the Dalston Nando's! I ordered a 1/4 chicken with chips and coleslaw. My partner ordered thighs, corn on the cob, rice, and wings. We weren't told that the thighs weren't (ready) par cooked and were waiting for over 25 minutes, only then were we told that the thighs were not ready and sorry! If we were told this when we ordered or even after 5 minutes, we would have changed our order.

This store on the main road is impressive with its decor, the front has intricate and ornate tiles in the waiting area, with some unusual colourful buckets with padding over to use as stools. The store is bright and airy with a sunlight in the roof and colourful lights. There was a good quality of art on the walls the only draw back was the seating was very close which made it hard to navigate around the store and for much of the time i was stuck in the corner unable to get out.

just a short walk from Dalston Kingsland Overground station. I wonder now, why I bothered. this is the worst Nando experience I've had so far. Chaotic as soon as you enter. are they queuing to order? or for a table? and no greeter in sight. once we'd been allocated a table, I attempted to place my order with L A.......told me my quarter chicken with 3 sides wasn't a combo ......I KNOW....so cancelled the whole thing until I insisted and had to repeat the whole thing again.

It was a very exciting day.
We went there before the Arsenal game and I enjoyed it a lot.
It was my first time at Nando's and the food was succulent. My English friend is a Nando's expert and he recommended me the best kind of food in Nando's.
In Madrid where I live there is no Nando's,so.....WHAT A PITY!!
I absolutly have to come to the UK to go to Nando's again!!
It was fantastic!!

Although Dalston Nando's is not located in the most glorious part of London, it is well located if you want some peri peri chicken before or after an Arsenal match with the overground only 2 stops from Highbury and Islington or a 5 minute drive.
We were able to park nearby and as it was Sunday, parking was free!
