On the way back home from Kent meant a little stop into Crayford was in order! This Nando's is on Tower Retail Park which is home to a Next, Poundworld, Boots, other shops and a McDonald's. There are a few hundred free max 3-hour stay places on Tower Retail Park with a Sainsbury's also offering a few hundred free places just a few minutes walk away. Crayford train station is also a few minutes walk away.

Arrived here at about 5:30pm and it was surprisingly empty with just a couple tables in use. It meant the food came in under 10 minutes - and an abundance of staff were standing about waiting for something to do.

The Nando's is right on the corner of the retail park in a tall-single storey building, meaning there a some reasonably high ceilings and full length windows with brightly coloured blinds. The entrance also has a big wooden square-arch with coloured perspex blocks embedded in it. There are some tall sculptures on shelving units to fill up some of the space along with some sets of bulbs hanging down from the red ceiling. On the right hand wall is a long Barci themed canvas painting - with some copper orbs over the booths here for the lighting.

Plenty of seating too and 8 or so large leather booths in the window on along the right wall and lots of tables/chairs sets.

The food was tasty, but as expected. An average sized chicken portion which was hot and moist throughout, but not much sauce on the outside and the chips and rice portion were plentiful and hot enough.

Staff did everything expected.
