i ate a quarter chicken medium with rainbow slaw and broccoli - the first two being lovely and the broccoli being cold but i was too hungry to complain and this is not usual at all. Parking is fantastic as its in a retail park and Monica's customer service is exemplary

25 mins from ordering to being brought to table. Food cold but I could see it had been sat on counter for ages as were approx 12 other plates. Waitress slow and not bothered about speed of service. Complained immediately and was given fresh meals in less than 5 mins. As restaurant was almost empty why did it take so long? And why was it rectified so quickly? Haven't been here since refurb and prob won't visit again

Asked questions of servers re food marking on menu and another re preference of lager. One asked a manager to check, the other was able to give a personal recommendation, they were both friendly and helpful, Laura gave extra care and attention and checked everything was ok and got us a to go box for leftovers

Staff and food were second to none our waitress Laura was super friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The manager nicki also came to chat with us which was wonderful. Food was tasty and cooked to perfection.

We was welcomed by a lovely lady called Sheree she was so smiley and had a lot of time for me and my husband as we don’t come to Nando’s often, she helped us through the menu and was a delight to have as our waitress

Alison - front of house staff, have seen her many times and every time we’re greeted with a huge smile, very polite, very friendly, no difference in her manor when under pressure still very polite. I appreciate people like alison as there is no customer service left in London, and when i do approach it i will congratulate as i am veryy grateful. Thanks Alison

To celebrate my 300th Nandos I headed to this store with a group of Hockey friends. There is free parking which was quite busy on our Wednesday visit but we still managed to squeeze in our Minibus. I was quite impressed they managed to seat all 15 of us straight away and I decided to get in early so dashed up and ordered my food as soon as had the table number.

The Crayford nandos is one of the biggest in the south east area that I know of its got good parking right outside and disabled parking as well. We always go to this nandos as it is colourful and bright and we love the quality of the food. Only on a few occasions have we been really disappointed and everytime other than on the 26th of Sept have they offered us a fresh dinner we actually normally take away as we don't live to far from here and enjoy eating it while watching a film.

I had a half chicken with chips and corn on the cob with peace Rooibos. The food was lovely, the staff were patient and yet quick and accommodating for two buggies. My 11 month old loves medium chicken breast and enjoys some shredded whilst in his high chair. The 3 hours free parking always makes it a handy stop in after picking up something at one of the local shops. The food was hot and on point with seasoning.

Ordered an extra hot 1/2 chicken with mash, peas and garlic bread to take away because I fancied something quick and tasty - I didn't really receive either. While the staff were quite friendly, they weren't very attentive and I had to repeat my order twice before they got it right.

On the way back home from Kent meant a little stop into Crayford was in order! This Nando's is on Tower Retail Park which is home to a Next, Poundworld, Boots, other shops and a McDonald's. There are a few hundred free max 3-hour stay places on Tower Retail Park with a Sainsbury's also offering a few hundred free places just a few minutes walk away. Crayford train station is also a few minutes walk away.

Arrived at the restaurant shortly after 7.30 - a slightly over 20 minute wait for the table, and then a further 20 minute wait. I ordered a butterfly chicken extra hot with spicy rice and redeemed a quarter chicken lemon and herb.

The butterfly was quite good, (crips skin and soft, tender and easy to chew). The sauce was plentiful. Spicy rice and peri fries were both food. Quarter chicken was good, however bland and lacked sauce.

Nice and clean ..very welcoming ..dealt with quickly got our food in good time as we had little restless children they even bought other colouring stuff for them ..impressive service ..parking right outside ..spacious inside for the pushchair to get through felt very comfortable and at ease

I went with the kids due to it being my daughters birthday on the 15th. The staff were incredibly friendly even though my children dropped loads of bits of food all over the floor. They were completely fine and were just happy they had a good time. thank you nandos!

It was a very busy Saturday afternoon in Crayford and it was only that we knew we would be guranteed a good meal that stayed in Crayford and went to Nandos. Was met with a warm welcome and instantly recognised. Food was awesome as always, I am loving the creamy mash.
