Was served by Lim at our table and the small Asian girl with the red tattoo on her shoulder - both brill!

I was served by Jolanta. She always makes me feel special.

Premilla gave us an outstanding service, was extremely friendly and helpful for my incredibly fussy boyfriend who ordered multiple things in certain ways. She was very happy to be around and was an all round good vibes, glad to see Coventry City Centre Nando’s doing an amazing job to bring happiness to all.

Food as always was amazing but I’d just like to say, 99% of the times I have come one particular staff member has stuck out she always has gone the extra mile and generally she is such a kindered spirit that I find myself looking around for her just to say hi whenever I visit! Her name is Jolanta! I’ve seen her deal with other customers the same with such warmth and care! Nandos should be proud of hiring such a person!

Very helpful staff especially Premila, she was exceptional as it was our first visit to Nando’s and she explained everything and was so warm and friendly.

Staff friendliness was brilliant from the member of staff who welcomed us no problem to Liam who was attentive throughout our meal and checking in on us. Really made the experience. Thanks both!

PREMILLA! The supervisor is amazing, so kind, so helpful, made sure we were happy and got everything we needed. She served us with the biggest smile and came to check if everything was perfect. Lovely team here, fast and effective. By far the best experience at a nandos and I’ve been to many many nandos across the UK for work reasons. Special thank you to her.

Me and my girlfriend both had 4 chicken thighs, peri salted chips and garlic bread.

When a group of us came in, we were served by Premila and she was friendly and welcoming. Our experience at Nando's was very refreshing with the quick service of food from both Premila and the back staff.

Finally, today we tried the boneless chicken platter and it is now my favourite dish at Nando's! So, thanks Premila for recommending this to us.

This store in the city centre has great vistas and good location. The store was empty but the staff decided to place a very large very noisy family as close to us as they could. The staff on whole had a slight language barrier and didn't feel that welcoming to us the staff at the counter were the worst.
There is a large conservatory type room at the back which was empty but looked a nice place to eat with potted indoor trees and everything.

Was surprisingly quiet for a Saturday evening, even the normally long queue for the tills wasn't there. Thing that took the longest was that the till went down when paying for my meal so had to wait to be transferred onto the other till. Food didn't take that long to come, changed up my usual order and went for a double mango and lime chicken burger with halloumi cheese and a side of mash. This has now definitely become a new favourite of mine and have since reordered it twice more!

Was in Coventry for the day so popped into both Nando's - with this being the first and so lunch on the menu!

Fantastic restaurant, food & service!! Would reccommend!!
