We were served by a kind gentleman called Josh. Was very friendly and sat us down and others very quickly in what seemed a very busy restaurant. He was very kind and helpful and assisted us in using the app. Very happy with the service. Wish all places had staff like him.

I had 4 boneless chicken thighs mash and broccoli, I had a caterpillar in my broccoli preventing me from eating the rest of my food, I am not happy with this situation

Me and my boyfriend jay live on the Wirral and make the journey to Broughton Nando's because of how much of a pleasant experience it is! We have to mention especially Josh B.,who is the best waiter there!!! He is so welcoming and goes the extra mile to make sure you have a lovely meal! Always ensures to get us a table nice and quick and checks we have everything we need! Best Nando's ever and we will continue to come 3 times a week hehehe! 10/10 thank you Josh B

I ate the chicken rap and it was beautiful! It was my first time at nandos and I was sat down and waited on by a waitress called Belle. She was really happy to help and incredibly friendly and helpfully explained everything to me! Will be returning!

The main issue with this visit was a receipt error, after ordering our food the 5 of us waited what felt like half an hour for food to arrive, friend 1 received his food while the remaining 4 of us did not, it got to 40 minutes and we decided this wasn't normal delays as the kitchen were still putting food on the counter.

On arriving I noticed how dirty the floor was shown to my table by the window with dead flies and lots of splashed food in the window . Food arrived chips were cold mix salad few limp lettuce leaves 2 baby cherry tomatoes 2 quarter slices cucumber we returned cold chips . When the food was brought back lots of chips were cold and some very hot ? s I was eating I looked out at the outside eating and noticed how dirty the long bench was for sitting on outside .

Been here 3 times now and the majority of staff are really nice and friendly but there's one girl that always looks angry and she doesn't want to be there. Puts me off asking her anything as she looks unapproachable. (Girl with short quiffy hair) quite disappointing as the rest of the staff there were lovely

This newest of all Nando's was a welcome stop t'up North. It's located about 4 miles south-west of Chester with no real easy access from a train station, so is one to get to by car. There are many hundreds (maybe thousands) of free parking spaces - with many shops and other restaurants also on the site, anchored by a large Tesco. A Cineworld is also due to open in the spring this year.
