Pros: Decorations great.ample space.place has potential to be best, staff was cleaning and refilling sauce bottles.
Improvement:needs regular cleaning especially toilet,sticky
table as well.chicken in burgers undercooked, staff looks tired and ready to shut.

John the manager does not need to work here. He was so rude to myself and my partner in front of the whole shop. I’ve eaten with you 100’s of lunches and never had this experience. Never had this anywhere to be honest.

As me and my partner are visiting Cambridge and come across this gem of a place. Staff are friendly and is the cleanest Nando’s I have ever been. With Covid restrictions and the extra measures put in place you can see it’s really taken seriously with give you a feeling of safety.

Bad service - no one smiled. Stress of the team and working environment was clear to see. Staff asked my kids to prove that the dessert they were asking had been paid for. In bad taste. Truly. Shameful. Perhaps the team can visit one of the London branches to learn more about customer service and just being nice.

Staff are so warm welcoming and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and eating there feels like being at home with family but in a large room with people you don't know. The food is always served very quickly, piping hot and well cooked and always just what we ordered. Superb service and customer service is exceptional which is not usually found in a chain restaurant.

Medium half chicken with side orders; spicy rice and coleslaw. The chicken skin was not in tack and the entire chicken wing was missing leaving just the bone!! I had pre-ordered by 'phone so expected my food to be ready.. On arrival I was approached by a member of staff and I said I had ordered a take awayby 'phone, I was told to queue up, the queue was extremely long.

This new store is at Cambridge retail park, but not the normal Newmarket road entrance, but from Coldhams lane. Its the same car park but separated by bollards so you can walk through if you end up in the wrong one.

The thing that stands out most about this Nando's is the decoration. Apparently the entire restaurant was designed with 'green' in mind, and the restaurant itself is off the energy grid. There are plants growing up the side of the building, and cool chilli shaped bike racks outside. Inside is still looking lovely and new, with some interesting artwork on the walls.

This Nando's is a new addition to the Cambridge Retail Park - which is home to large shopping chains such as Homebase, Argos, Dunelm etc - and now a few eateries have been added such as Frankie and Benny's and Nando's. There are hundreds and hundreds of free parking spaces across the park, for parking up to 4 hours.
