Service good but that's where it stops.....waiting for a table noticed the wooden discs to the left as your waiting, these are covered in dust and cobwebs which dident very appealing. Food came very quickly and was unbelievable dry and was over cooked which really surprised me......no a good experience at all.

Although the food was nice, staff pleasant, and the atmosphere okay, I was really disappointed with the ordering side of things. I was having problems ordering using the QR code/online format. I queried this with a member of staff who said they may be able to put the order through the till and would ask their manager. On their return they said that the manager said they can't take our order through the till and I was left to go back to my table to middle through and figure it out.

The staff were the stand out aspect of this trip, though unfortunately for all the wrong reasons! When we arrived no one greeted us at the door, and so we wandered around looking for a table by ourselves. I caught a Nandoca at the till watching us, but she did nothing, so in the end we went over to order. After ordering, no one came to check on us during the meal, and there were a lot of tables around us with dirty plates all over them.

This branch is located at the Arc - with a £1.10 evening rate from 6pm to 8am, £1.50 if you pay by RingGo. Located near the town centre so close for access by train (10 min walk) and the main bus station (2 min walk). It's a big car park, and is also used by the Cineworld and other eatery goers on the main road. There's a further multi-storey next to this car park which I think is £2.50 for all day parking.
