


This review is actually for a delivery. We waited beyond the claimed time of 45mins - watching it creep up to eventually it got to an hour. However the time wasn't the problem, we tracked the delivery driver set off in the opposite direction as he left Nando's - did multiple drops across Burnley and headed down to Padiham before eventually dropping off our cold meal (except the the salad which was warm.
Now I bet a pound to a penny that Nando's blame this on Deliveroo - but that is not true - Nando's clearly have a contract with Deliveroo that permits multiple drops leaving their product presented in an inedible fashion. There are many many takeaways in Burnley that don't do this. So Nando's - get a grip, sort your suppliers out, and stop dissappointing your customers.
