This review is actually for a delivery. We waited beyond the claimed time of 45mins - watching it creep up to eventually it got to an hour. However the time wasn't the problem, we tracked the delivery driver set off in the opposite direction as he left Nando's - did multiple drops across Burnley and headed down to Padiham before eventually dropping off our cold meal (except the the salad which was warm.

The food was exceptional. The staff were very friendly especially Anna and Jack who made sure that my standards were met. Such wonderful stuff at the Burnley Nando’s they always have smiles on their faces and care about the safety and wellbeing of their customers!

Eating was great at the weekend. We were so impressed we have just ordered a take away now. Unfortunately it arrived with no chicken just the salad box. After ringing up they refunded for the chicken straight away which is no help at all when you want the food. It has to be the only take away that I have ordered from who will not redeliver your food and if you order again, you have to pay delivery. Will not order take away from them again, poor service
