It had been a while since I'd been to this branch and service seems to have dropped off since its early days. Food took quite a while to come despite the restaurant only being a little over half full. There seemed to be a great deal of rotation between the staff from the meet'n'greet to till operator and to waiting; I noticed it meant some customers kind of wandered in and set where they wished. Staff were pretty good to us (aside from the wait for food). My double chicken pitta was superb, although my halloumi could've been a tad warmer by the time it got to me.
