I often eat at Nandos (locations varied) and this was the worry experience I’ve had so far.
Understaffed and no one on the register or to assist with seating or ordering.
Waited a lengthy amount of time for our food- then our burgers came out first and a long wait for our sides- received our chips half filled bowls (to feed our young children) asked for chicken mild it was so spicy the kids refused to eat it- when I asked if they had yogurt or Mayo for our food to minimise the spice they told me I had to pay for it. Our corn Side did not come out at all (although I had walked in multiple to follow up being told - it’s being cooked)
Ordered a glass of wine- had 1 sip and noticed the wine glass was filthy!!!
Absolutely appalling-
