Maria is helpful . The food and the place is top notch .

I often eat at Nandos (locations varied) and this was the worry experience I’ve had so far.
Understaffed and no one on the register or to assist with seating or ordering.

Due to covid and staff shortage the restaurant was empty and there was takeaway only with 3 staff. i order a classic burger, large chips and quarter chicken. i go the chips and burger, no chicken, had to go back, 10 min up the road to get dads chicken, she said she tried to chase after me, don't know how hard she tried, then gave me a half chicken as compo. now i have to waste a quarter of a chicken. i understand they are busy and short staffed, but i stood there and she missed the chicken.

This place is excellent, staff are always very helpful and the food is always great.
One thing though the hand towels where you wash your hands near the sink had run out so needed to use serviettes, told the waiter what happened he want and got more hand towels.
The staff are always polite, the food always fresh and always hot ( not chilli ).
Parking at Westpoint is a nightmare on busy times, but Nandos is by far the standout of the food places available.

The Lids of the sauce bottles were missing.

The line was huge and moved slowly. The introduction of table numbers means staff don’t know where to take the food and it is cold once it is served to patrons.

The tables are dirty and not enough staff to take orders and place meals on tables. If this is new management this is really poor compared to previously.

They need to improve the ambiance look of the restaurant and the chicken lemon and lime is dry. And during weekdays the service is very slow need to improve that. Simple mistake but overall it’s good chicken restaurant.
