The Peel Centre is still being finished, so most of the ground floor is empty except for Nando's. If you come through the underpass then Blackburn train station is just a minute's walk away.
Parking: 
This Nando's is located on the sprawling retail and leisure complex that is home to the Grimshaw Retail Park, the Towns Moor Retail Park and the Peel Retail Park. You can generally park anywhere (for free) across this large sprawling site and easily walk to Nando's, but head for the Vue Cinema and the Nando's is in the same building next to the DW Sports Fitness.

Felt sick as soon as I ate the food as so did my friend. All the way home feeling like we was about to throw up, 10-15 minutes later when we came home both of us threw up at the same time. Food was shocking and has made us both unwell it was also cold, and I will not be attending a Nando’s ever again!!!!!!!!!!!

I visit Nando’s quite frequently, but today’s experience really stood out thanks to Alisha at the Blackburn branch. She was extremely lovely, warm, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Her positive energy and genuine friendliness truly made the visit even more enjoyable.

Jack ~ went above and beyond for us wanted to get my son crayons and paper, he couldn't do enough - lovely young lad. An asset to nandos and deserves credit. Rook photos.
Dunno his name - chews gum lol - took order and was polite as anything.
The food was highly disappointing however the chicken was dry - Chips were cold and soggy and the coleslaw wasn't good at all.

Nothing! Rude manager. Said they accommodating people who are fasting. While process was a joke. We were fasting too. Empty tables. Had a rainbow salad, chicken, sweet potato wedges and half a chicken.
Was really pleased with the service and the staff were extremely accommodating considering the fact they were really busy. I was suprised and extremely satisfied.
Could not highly recommend this Nandos, would say it's the best.
Considering I've visited the one in Bolton and Salford Quays I would say this is by far the best service ever.

I had the house salad with chicken breast The most disappointing meal I've ever had , tasteless , ,and the chicken breast was

actually half a chicken breast, very meagre portion , salad wilted and unappetizing. I was one of a family party of 18 people

celebrating an 18 th birthday. The beer did not go down well either in taste or price.. fortunately the one positive comment I can

make is that the staff seemed reasonable !!

This is by far the worst nandos branch Iv ever visit. I eat at nandos every other week. Been to so many different branch. Iv most of the time ask for half a chicken with both breast pieces that’s been fine no problem in the past. Came to the one in black and was told that I can’t have both breast lice unless I order a full chicken !!! I ask why he said because he said no.

I had ordered something different that my usual, the wrap it was nice and I had ate some but it wasn’t my best, wanted to give a shoutout to staff member Jodie for exceptional service and made sure I’d don’t go without a full stomach, giving me a takeaway of my usual. Had a wonderful experience at nandos. Was very well taken care off. Staff were exceptional and especially one staff member stood out her name was kiran she was well mannered and very welcoming. She made sure everything was upto standards and overall a wonderful addition to the nandos team

full platter for 2 and childs meal ... food was cooked and tasted fine really enjoyed it ... as for the staff there was no organisation and to have them stand over the counter watching people eat and making fun of customers was awful it made me very un comfortable...there was no signs for self service on cutlery sauces and napkins nobody was sure wete to get these from nothing was explained at counter .

What a lovely gesture from Nando's to invite staff family members to have a VIP day ahead of the opening day. The restaurant has the wow factor and the staff do too- you really would not have guessed they were only a week into training! Well done to the managers and trainers and buddies you have created a fab team. Friendly, welcoming, helpful and the food was delicious! Proud that my son has joined such an amazing company xxx
