Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?:

I placed an order with Nando’s star city in Birmingham over the phone,
I drove to collect the order and when I arrived home 3 items were missing.
Having paid £42 for what should have been a quick meal, I was very annoyed that half the order was missing.
As it’s a bit of a drive I didn’t go back to collect the remaining order, nor should I have to.
To add insult to injury, the items in the bag failed miserably . £1.50 for what is supposed to be a portion of Portobello mushrooms Is laughable, one mushroom cooked to the size of 50p coin.
The thing is my son has placed several orders with this unit and invariably the order is wrong or items missing.
I’m sure that employing kids and paying them paupers wages is appealing to the shareholders and for the owners pay packet but it doesn’t please the many people who feel totally ripped off by the company and certainly not a recipe for success.
