Visited Nandos Today with my partner after a quick shopping. I must say the restaurant was very clean and the staff were ever so friendly. Enjoyed the food immensely.

I actually pre-ordered, but having been to other stores that still seem to require a wait (regardless of how simple the order is!), Tye instantly recognised that I was there for collection. He was very friendly, helpful and generous. I would return again just for this level of customer service!

Whilst the staff were polite and friendly, the service was extremely slow given how quiet the restaurant was and how well staffed. The food was all round was tepid at best. The wings burnt on one side and the chicken was very dry. This is my first visit to this branch and was disappointing to say the least. It’s the first time I have not enjoyed eating at nandos.

Nando’s Perry Barr has given me and my mother food poisoning from the Raw chicken with a pungent smell. I ordered through delivery due to covid and will not be ordering from here ever again. I am very disappointed and would like a full refund !

The quality of this Nados is building a reputation of POOR Service. Every visit I have made I have left very disappointed - from the staff to the food. I have reached a conclusion that my money is best spent elsewhere. I have given them enough chances and each time poor result. None of the other nandos in thr city have this issue. For some reason this location is missing the mark.

It is disappointing that this Nandos seems to be lacking in service like the others in the city. I am a frequent Nandos customer and I am very concerned that the Perry Barr location staff might need some training. First off I was told on one occasion that I cannot redeem chillis at the till and that it must be done on the website. Confused, I thought this was a new Nandos process where we no longer get to redeem our chillis.

This Nando's is on the One Stop shopping centre complex, which is home to dozens of shops. There is free parking for up to four hours in the 1,000+ spaces - and the centre is right next door to Perry Barr train station.
