In my 20 years of living in the UK and being a loyal Nando's customer, today I experienced the best customer service I've ever received.

A huge thank you to Josh at the Grand Central Nando's.

From the moment I arrived, he was warm, welcoming, incredibly patient, and genuinely attentive to every detail. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right, and his professionalism and positive attitude truly stood out.

Outstanding customer service like Josh's deserves to be recognised and celebrated. He is a real credit to the team.
