It was my third time in Nandos Grand Central and I really wanted to receive good service without any issues. The only reason why I was going to that branch is because its closer to Bullring Shoping centre than branch in Mailbox which is amazing. Anyway, I arrived with my partner into restaurant and had to wait again 10 min for a table even when we saw few empty tables. I don't understand why every single time we have to wait even if there are empty tables???!! The food arrived quickly and was nice. Things like cleaning needs to improve guys! Cutlery and glasses were very dirty and when I said that to one member of staff, he answered that its not his fault as it's washed by machine. It's not hard to take it back and wash it again, RIGHT? Also the seats were so so dirty. I am not into writing bad reviews but it was my third and not best time there. Hope that you guys can improve your restaurant!
