Trudy was our server for the evening she made myself and my son very welcome helped with the query’s when she checked on our meal she was friendly and throughout my meal I could see how curious she was with all the guests that came into the restaurant. True credit to the store made me definitely want to come back to eat there again

I wanted to thank this Nando’s for going out of their way to accommodate a group of 27 for my daughter’s 18th birthday. She had a fantastic evening with her family.

Really disappointed with this Nando’s have been coming to this one for years
Tables disgusting sticky hadn’t been wiped
Staff were all miserable including the manager
Food was ok but bits missing off the meal
Sauce bottles were also disgusting
Overall this branch of Nando’s needs a bloody good clean and the staff need to be trained up in customer service
HEAD OFFICE NEED TO TAKE A VISIT TO THIS SITE !!!!!!

What has happened to this Nando’s! No staff to seat you, dirty tables! The manager has a right face on her and the whole place is disgusting. I staff and poor service.I come to Nando’s regular but this one has gone down hill.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly and I and my boyfriend were seen to and taken to a table immediately. The speed of service and the quality of the food was exceptional and everyone looked like they were working hard. Would also like to compliment the tall lad who grilled our chicken as it was presented very well and was delicious. Thank you fort nandos

Despite being very busy I was very impressed with the speed and quality of my order. I would like to compliment the griller on his outstanding food. Didn't catch his name but he was the tall lad with tattoos.

The only time I've left a half chicken minus one bite, it tasted off and my wife left most of hers Salad with a monstrous amount of black seeds hiding all of the other salad items. Chips and coleslaw were fine. The only time I've ever left a restaurant needing to go looking for somewhere else to eat. A total cost for 2 people was 35.15. Have I used Nando's before? Yes but never have I had such a disgusting experience at any other Nandos. Has it put me off using Nandos again?

We ordered the whole chicken, rice, mash and coleslaw - it was delicious. We love the sauces and we picked the hot. The chicken was amazing, crispy skin and plump and juicy - def a 10-10. We dont live far away so came on foot.

I visit Nando's (Birmingham Fort) with my family on a regular basis. The reason why is due to the food and friendly staff. Although always busy, I find that the Staff, Especially Marcel to be extremely attentive an always makes the children feel welcome. He was aware of the waiting time and check in with us to ensure we were not forgotten. The children always request to eat at the fort because of their pleasant experience. Than Marcel and staff.

This store in the Fort complex is amoungst some big retail shops and has a play complex above it, there is plenty of free parking though obviously the spaces closest to Nandos fill up quick.

The store looked good inside. with mixture of booth seating and tables and was bright and clean. Staff were off and on with a wide range of service attitudes and lack of checking after service. Food was a bit of a wait. Chip portion was very good but the chicken was charred more than my liking.

A big away day at Villa Park was preceded by a meal at a nearby Nando's which I had never previously visited. Given the horrendous traffic on the M1 and M6, this visit ended up being a take-away, smash and grab affair as time was not on our side!

My Mum and I came in for dinner after shopping at about 6:30pm, the restaurant was busy but we were greeted by really friendly staff and were seated straight away - a young lady called Jess was really lovely and helpful.
We got to a till pretty quickly and were served by a young man called Brad (Bradley?) who was also really friendly - these 2 made our visit stand out :)

Great parking as it is at a shopping centre so always somewhere to park near Nandos which is great! Can enjoy looking around the shops before you eat or even after depending upon the time of day you eat, there are always coffee places open for a drink near by which is a treat for after your meal. Great located Nandos if you have a car and can get access to the Fort shopping centre, really nice staff, and if there is a wait it is always worth it!

In a retail park with a good selection of shops. We went at night after the shops had closed so it was quiet. Got seated right away and served within about 5 minutes. Good food, nice amount of sauce and relaxe atmosphere. Decor was decent enough. A pleasant experience overall and definitely a Nando's I would seek to return to. Free parking is another pull given the shocking prices in nearby town centre car parks!

Have only been to this Nando's once as it's a bit further on the outskirts of Birmingham compared to others - but would happily go again if I were passing.

A massive numbers of free parking spaces together with loads of other shops and restaurants makes for a nice place for a browse and a bite to eat.

I stopped by here on my way back from the East and it was sign posted very well and easy to find.
