PLACE: Table 12. I had takeaway from this Nando's back in 2010 but I have never actually been inside as I phoned my order through and got someone else to pick it up. It is actually very nice with recessed skylights running the length of the 'straunt. The ice machine had the infamous "order sorry out of" label on which forced my to gather 2 cups of ice from downstairs, in turn, allowing me to check out the basement. If you come to this do's, sit upstairs, the basement is a bit of a chicken cave and felt a bit sweaty. Also, the till was not in front of the cooking area, quite rare- 7/10

SERVICE: Veronica. Marvellous transaction from Veronica. She wasn't a boring Nandobot, she conversed and bantered with me like we were friends. She also gave me a behind the scenes tidbit when she said "you ordered the whole extras page" in reference to the till. I laughed, but more importantly, I'm slowly starting to piece together how the Nando's till software might look from behind the counter. So far I know that there is a paginated layout and there isn't an option to remove a sauce from a wrap (say chilli jam) and place it on the side without the till trying to charge you- 9/10

FOOD: Check the Facebook for an exclusive picture of what my Nando's Challenge personal pitta kit looks like. This time it was very well cooked for me, a little cold but the lashings of extra hot sauce heated my tongue sufficiently. A glorious array of tastes from nibble to bite. Om nom nom- 8.5/10

COMPANION: Matt's Twitter proclaims- "Live in the UK, self employed entraprenur because it rules, want to be a billionaire and buy Disney". If you can imagine this description in a human shape, you've imagined Matt Waite. We talked about his boyfriends, his rabbit and essex- 8/10
