During half term, Nando’s was understandably very busy when our family of 25 arrived, including lots of children. We expected a wait and know that service can be challenging under pressure, but Inaaya and Tesa were absolutely fantastic throughout the evening. They remained patient, friendly, and attentive despite our large group and the many requests from the children. Their excellent customer service and positive attitude made our visit enjoyable from start to finish. A huge thank you to both of them for going above and beyond!
