


Made an error with the order but the manager in a maroon shared has no empathy, when i asked if we can correct the order, he sarcastically and laughingly said that they don't offer free food. I expected him to say, yes can we upgrade your order but you will have to go to the counter for that. Imagine i had already paid for the food we were eating and this was a take away that we needed to take home. I only got to know he was the manager after going to the counter and raising my complaint, a colleague said but he is the manager. !!!
