Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?: 

Very unimpressed. We were told that service would be 20 minutes. In fact, it was half an hour. Given that we were in a bit of a hurry, this was particularly annoying. Honesty really pays off in those situations; although we may well have chosen a rival to get a quicker meal, we would have gone back. I have to say that today's visit has put us off Beckenham branch for good.

The food was fine, but the length it took to get there was unbelievable.

Once customers have been made to wait that long, and are demonstrably annoyed, I suggest leaving them alone. Repeated visits to our table to apologise made a bad situation worse.

The contrast with the nearby Bromley branch couldn't be greater, I have to say- fast service (even when busy) and efficient staff.
