Well my food came but my friends order didn't come so he asked for a refund! We walked in didn't get a welcome or seen to just stood there for 15mins. So we both took it apon ourselves to sit at a table that had old food on and one of the seats had sauce on it. We had to ask for everything even our glasses for a soft drink.

All we got was a bunch of sorry. Never again at this restaurant.

We eat at Nando’s Beckenham about twice a month and it’s usually nice food with great staff. However on Monday 11th March our Beannie Pitta meals were EXCEPTIONALLY good (very good chefs on obviously). Will be going on Monday from now on.

It’s a family restaurant! Every staff is soo friendly and welcoming, and even go the extra mile to converse in amiable conversation.The atmosphere is just perfect for a lovely family dinner. I absolutely love it here!!

I have been to many Nando but this was by far the worst experience, due to covid it was long to order via phone and we got our own sauce and got shouted at not to do that in front of everyone, while others did the same and nothing was said. The food was tasteless and the BBQ sauce in replace of the peri tamer was nasty, not toddler friendly. The track and trace is horrible as well and should be a choice, I will not be going back to Nandos.

The service and the nandos experience is slowly diminishing here. The previous visits have resulted in our apperteasers (starters) arriving together with the main course or even on one occasion, arriving after we were almost finished our main course and we asked for the starter as they had forgotten to add it to the order! Last night, I was told sorry, we haven't got any wings for the wing roulette ready for the next 10 mins!!! Wow, is this really a chicken joint?? No chicken available????

Convincing Elliott to do a second Nando's of the day and making him plan the route was no easy task especially with the restrictions I gave him. Two trams later with a monsoon rainstorm and we were in beckenham. A ten minute walk from the tram stop to the high street via googlemap and we were at the branch.

This Nando's is on the High Street and just a moment's walk from an Odeon Cinema. Parking is cheap and very close too. Village Way car park is just behind the High Street and is the biggest (it's a multi-storey) and priced at 50p per hour up to a max of £4.00 (all day), charged between 7:30am-7:30pm. A Sainsbury's is beneath the car park and shoppers can reclaim the parking (not sure of the exact spend or how much can be claimed back).
