


Disgusting customer service!!! We ordered 5 meals through Deliveroo and only received 1 full meal out of the 5, which is DISGRACEFUL, especially when you finish work and fancy a Nando’s and they don’t deliver it properly. As we couldn’t contact Deliveroo we then had to contact Nando's to tell them our problems, which then lead us to being on the phone for 38 minutes. Meaning the food that we did have is now STONE COLD. Nando’s said on the phone since we ticked the items missed out on Deliveroo they apparently refunded them, well they only refunded the 2 chips, spicy olives, corn on the cob and garlic bread meaning they hadn’t refunded our chicken, so they said for 38 minutes they are only going to send out our chicken without the rest of the meal. Which we wanted also while saying they was going to then sent out our chicken it will take 30-50 minutes even tho our food was meant to be here 38 minutes ago. Nando’s also said that the bag of food was not left at Deliveroo so our Deliveroo driver has got our food and we was not to contact him fo ask for our food, so because of that selfish gentleman we now only have 1 FULL MEAL OUT OF 5!!!!! Absolutely appalling will never be buying food from Nandos east gate again!!!!
