Barking

I came in with my heavily pregnant wife and 2 kids. I think the employees name was Saj or Raj. He was exceptional from the moment we walked in. He was very attentive, customer focused and extremely professional and friendly. Please accommodate him with some sort of incentive - the least he deserves for his above and beyond attitude.

Just want to say at Barking Zo offered amazing service to me as there was a parking officer so I was unable to leave my car but he offered to bring the food directly to be and added all the sauces I asked for. Fantastic young man!

Honestly he cooked our food spot on with how we wanted it.

Our server Abu was very friendly and attentive. It was busy but the food was quick and tasty

Neil - is a GEM. For all the years we have been coming here, he never fails to have a smile on his face, and nothing is ever too much!! He has alllllways looked after us and made sure we have the full Nandos experience every time. He deserves a lot of recognition for being such a star, and I hope to see him succeed and achieve a lot more. Thank you!

Sylvia was incredibly patient, sweet, understanding and over all approachable and full of energy! Gave us excellent and a friendly service despite us overstaying. We appreciate it very much and hope she gets the credit she deserves as she was brilliant!

Chip potions vary every time I visit. One being a few chip to then having a whole plate full. Chicken can be sometimes be cooked for bare minimum and some bare maximum. Very empty Nando’s to visit and some staff seem very bored. This results in the staff rolling their eyes at me and the other customers

My two sons and I came from Southeast London and the first thing I noticed was the beautiful design. It was quite busy however we had a lovely young lady take care of us in the most pleasant way. I believe her name was Blinta or Linda, apologies for not remembering. She really got engaged with my sons and aimed to please us all individually even though I could tell that the restaurant was busy. I must say I was surprised to see that her name badge said trainee.

Paid premium price for quality chicken, however very disappointed with the size of the chicken wings, very tiny with very little meat on them (baby chicken size). There was hardly any taste on wings, felt like i waz chewing bones.

easy to find from Barking Station (District etc), literally right opposite station exit. but to be honest, I wouldn't really bother. tube journey took 90 minutes, but no-one to greet us :( chaotic and unorganised seating system and till operation. had to queue to order, but no-one else in the queue. cashier busy on the phone. apparently. he then quoted me the wrong price. not sure how, surely the till works it out??

Just writing this while watching Question Time (as you do) and it is in Barking tonight... wow, spooky. Anyway...
