Food was average and seems to be getting smaller and smaller. The seriously large chips are seriously small these days especially for $12. One staff member was especially rude when I asked if we could get some plates because there were none out for us to grab ourselves. We waited 5 mins before I went back to kindly remind her that we are still waiting on our plates and she has the audacity to tell me there are plates out now and it’s self service.

Ordered lunch today worst experience at a nandoes I have ever had, will not be returning.

Waited 20 mins for the waitress to come out with the wrong meal (1/4 chicken, pita and coleslaw when I had ordered a pita, chips and there) no issues mistakes happen. She proceeded to walk around for 5 mins and then came back and attempted to put the same meals in front of me again, indicated that these were definitely not my order.

Returned chips as they just needed the peri peri seasoning. The manager on duty was chatting to a staff member saying we lied and swapped the chips ( fun fact we didn’t they made a mistake ) as my son walked past and heard it he said ah sorry that’s incorrect. The manager then proceeded to to be rude via looks and rant about us to staff. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour as a manager who is suppose to lead a team. Very poor and unprofessional to witness such sad managing.

I was pleasantly surprised tonight. The renovations are great and the place looks a lot cleaner compared to before. Staff was great, very welcoming and friendly. Service was fast and food tasted great!! Well done.
