The last two visits i felt that the care factor was not there with the cooking of the food, the cook just threw the chicken on the grill and walked off, came back and turned it and walked away again came back and chucked some flavoring on.

I was extrememly disappointed that it took so long for the server to take my order to start with. I think I was at the register for almost 10 minutes! Then when he couldn't scan my card for my $65 worth of points he told me to keep my receipt and I'd have to go online to get points. Food came quickly but once again, the chicken leg quarter was a mangy looking piece of meat (particularly when I had requested a wing piece).
