The last two visits i felt that the care factor was not there with the cooking of the food, the cook just threw the chicken on the grill and walked off, came back and turned it and walked away again came back and chucked some flavoring on.

The chicken when i got home was not cooked properly was tough, the chips were cold and soggy and tasted yuck. We had to go back in as our order was short one serving of chips the peri dust was only on top and had to ask for more.
Serving staff 7 out of 10 cooking area 2 out of ten considering going else where maybe look at the Subway next door and their care factor and friendliness.
