The toilets floors full of tissue
The chef constantly brushing his hand though his hair whilst cooking behind the counter
The pitta no lettuce
How can you run out of lettuce
Your in a city centre go to the nearest shop there are loads about . We were told we woukd get salad of another kind and didn’t had to ask for this which they did.
It as a limp tasting porta so disappointed As my children rave about it where we come from

We are the beanie burger and half chicken the food was really cold , the table was at the worst place could be up to the second floor next to the toilets door and another door that everyone was passing near you the floor was quite moving and it was too noise from the spoons and forks the noise was coming from the other door so it was a bad stressful lunch and as a customer of nandos I have been to this restaurants too many times busy times and not busy and all the time was really good but thi

Staff was not helpful at all, my partner had her starter then she finished and they brought my starter then our meals my partners meal was wrong so we had to send it back then we waited 10 mins or so on her order coming back we also had to go ask for glasses then had to go ask for some cutlery the service overall was very bad would not go back to this nandos.

Takeaway only at the moment but food ready as soon as I arrived. Greeted by 2or 3 separate staff members who were all friendly. Offered sauces. Food was great!

Young girl red hair red lipstick didn’t get her name on tills today 29th November 2019, beautiful attitude made me and my younger daughter feel at home! Absolute credit made sure everything was perfect for us.
Thighs were a little well down for my liking but still enjoyed and my daughter loved the strawberry juice!

Very disappointing (and unwelcoming) to walk in at 10.30 and be told that we shut at 11pm. The general cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Main toilets were closed and had to use the disabled toilet which looked like it needed a good clean. If we weren’t so desperate for food (having not eaten since lunch) we would probably have left!!

No queue outside this branch and no queue inside which was great considering the waiting time at the other Scouse Nando's branch. As you enter, you step down into the restaurant which has seats off to the right underneath the stairs which leads to a 1st floor area with more seating but I can't remember if there is a second till area. On the left as you enter are a few 4 seater booths which leads to the door to the toilet which is down in the basement.

I went with my friend Jennifer on our lunch break which was 12-1pm. We both had chicken wrap with peri chips and garlic bread with a side of halloumi cheese. I could eat nandos every day of the week.

Drove up to Liverpool to watch the Reds take on Villa (the less said about that shambolic match, the better). Kick-off was at 5.30pm and we arrived into Liverpool city centre shortly after 2pm. We hadn't initially planned on eating specifically at Nando's but we parked in the Queen Square car park (£1.90 an hour, can be pretty twisty/narrow going up and down the levels) and when we exited into the pedestrian area, the smell of Nando's was unmistakeable!

Good delicious. Restaurant refurbish looked outstanding. And staff where extremely friendly, although it was quite busy our food was still served within 10 minutes. Thank you Nandos!! Much better than the store in Liverpool 1

This Nando's was very conveniently located given the Mariott hotel in Liverpool city centre is right next door. As I walked in with SVC, we were initially impressed by the décor but later had reason to change our minds. The downstairs area is spacious with funky seating, lighting and cooler, upstairs however was a sweltering furnace, the artwork was far from impressive and the sauce selection was depleted. Therefore an average of a 3.

This store is in the heart of Liverpool right next to the Bus station and there is very limited on street short stay parking in some side streets, The store looks quite modern and nice from the outside but has the hindrance of stepped entry to the store which does limit the scope of visitors.

On my previous visit to Queen Square Nando's, the manager refused to accept a perfectly valid loyalty card, one that I later used in another restaurant. I tried to not let this jade my opinion on my second visit to Nando's 55.

This branch felt a bit run down, it doesn't really show what I've come to expect from the Nandos experience. Not much interaction from the staff.

A bit odd this Nando's. It's in Queen Square which has a few other restaurants and pubs (a big Yates opposite Nando's for example) - but then there are also a lot of places closed down (such as The Rat and Parrot). From speaking to some of the locals - the "other" side of town by the Docks and Liverpool One is the better place to go now.

I love the music and atmosphere in nandos, it is always busy when we go but i enjoy the double chicken breast fillet burger with cheese chips and garlic bread in spice medium. I also love a combination of hot sauce and garlic sauce. I love coming to nandos on a fortnightly basis yum!

When I asked for a question to be repeated as I misheard as she spoke fast, and there was a bit of confusion with accents (we're from Essex, and was in Liverpool for a visit) she was very ignorant of this and carried on speaking exceptionally fast.

I LOVE NANDOS, best atmosphere and me and my boyf go all the time mmm, i get the chicken burger with cheese, chips and garlic bread and he gets half a chicken with chips and spicy rice. we love it, along with garlic sauce and EXTRA hot. mmmm im going again at the weekend

They had run out of chicken on the day and so we had to have burgers. They were burnt and small, afterwards I was starving!! Very poor.
