Parking: 
If driving into the town centre, the parking signs direct you towards the Vicarge Fields shopping centre, but be aware this closes before 9pm. Other car parks and on-street bays are located round the right bend (past the pedestrian zone) and so are all less than a few minutes walk away from Nando's. These generally charge from 6am-9pm at £0.50p/1hr, £1/2hr, £2/4hrs and upwards from there.

BIG SHOUTOUT TO KHAN, HES THE GOAT. He made sure our food came in time, he was very attentive and supported us when we needed to find cutlery, etc. He genuinely put a smile on my face and I left knowing my day was made just a little bit better. 10/10 customer service!!!

Just a big shout out to Neil & Khan, my friends order didn’t go through due to system error, but Neil and Khan went out of his way to correct it and make us happy.
They kept checking in on if we’re okay, worked out well in the end for sure.
Neil was absolutely brilliant.

Had a problem with order no fault of mine or staff. Ordered online in nandos, Order confirmed in my end however on restaurant portal it showed 'order status - failed' when i asked about order. Staff were quick in rectifying issue Neil was brilliant always and great (have been served before by Neil) khan was also helpful. Thank you

Khan at the barking Nandos gave exceptional service, he was really nice and caring. He served us our food with speed and efficiency. He's definitely the best nandos waiter I've ever been around.

The chicken was horrible in burger & wrap. Tasted foul as if old & reheated . Mash was dry , what happend to Bandai quality . Only thing fresh looks like the hot chicken no breast were seen cooking on grill but the bone chicken . Will not return will not recommend. £40 for £6 quality

The staff were all very welcoming and accommodating throughout from start to finish. Served with a smile, especially from Khan, Neil (both sure lovely to my mum and I) and Faruk. Service was quick even when we finished our meal, which is not usually the case with other restaurants.

I came in with my heavily pregnant wife and 2 kids. I think the employees name was Saj or Raj. He was exceptional from the moment we walked in. He was very attentive, customer focused and extremely professional and friendly. Please accommodate him with some sort of incentive - the least he deserves for his above and beyond attitude.

They are working quite slowly which is irradiating bad they’re isn’t a flush of customers. Then my order is sitting at the top for ages. Then when shes packing my food she’s serving someone else asking for a bag. Finish with mine first as I waited a long time already and it’s a takeaway, where’s others are sitting in.

Just want to say at Barking Zo offered amazing service to me as there was a parking officer so I was unable to leave my car but he offered to bring the food directly to be and added all the sauces I asked for. Fantastic young man!

Full platter hot with hallumi side and a bottomless drink. I have to rate Neal he was an amazing host so welcoming, friendly and lovely made my experience way better. Hard Place for parking though.

Neil - is a GEM. For all the years we have been coming here, he never fails to have a smile on his face, and nothing is ever too much!! He has alllllways looked after us and made sure we have the full Nandos experience every time. To be honest I don’t really like chicken I find it a bit lumpy, I only ever eat cheese and hula hoops. This was not on the menu, I had a nice poo in the toilets though which had a great flush action, all gone first try

Chip potions vary every time I visit. One being a few chip to then having a whole plate full. Chicken can be sometimes be cooked for bare minimum and some bare maximum. Very empty Nando’s to visit and some staff seem very bored. This results in the staff rolling their eyes at me and the other customers

This was my first visit to the Barking branch of Nando's. On entry I was immediately and pleasantly greeted by a member staff who directed me to a table.

My meal arrived within 10 minutes from me ordering and boy..... it was EXCELLENT!!! it was the best chicken I'd eaten at a Nando's, the chicken was SUCCULENT and TASTY, it was absolutely DIVINE. The chef who prepared my meal was 'Mbazoua' - thank you very much.

My two sons and I came from Southeast London and the first thing I noticed was the beautiful design. It was quite busy however we had a lovely young lady take care of us in the most pleasant way. I believe her name was Blinta or Linda, apologies for not remembering. She really got engaged with my sons and aimed to please us all individually even though I could tell that the restaurant was busy. I must say I was surprised to see that her name badge said trainee.

the service was excellent here today, i came with a couple of friends. new trainee today (light skinned with cute hair) was excellent with service and was very customer friendly. he met our needs and helped us with the menu. he made it feel like a warm and friendly visit. will sure be coming back for his services ;)

Paid premium price for quality chicken, however very disappointed with the size of the chicken wings, very tiny with very little meat on them (baby chicken size). There was hardly any taste on wings, felt like i waz chewing bones.

Nando's 112 was very disappointing.

Got there about 3.30 after a near hour and half train journey and no one was there to greet.. Restaurant wasn't really that welcoming and there were plenty of dirty tables with plates stock piled but not collected. When someone finally came over they weren't very sure where to sit us. We picked a table, then there was poor queuing at the till to get our orders.

easy to find from Barking Station (District etc), literally right opposite station exit. but to be honest, I wouldn't really bother. tube journey took 90 minutes, but no-one to greet us :( chaotic and unorganised seating system and till operation. had to queue to order, but no-one else in the queue. cashier busy on the phone. apparently. he then quoted me the wrong price. not sure how, surely the till works it out??

Conveniently located in the town centre right opposite the tube station. Parking was easy to find on a Sunday evening down the side street next to the restaurant, but would be hard to find during working hours due to restrictions. Recommend using public transport if you want to go during the day! Staff were friendly enough but nothing spectacular. Ordered a half chicken and I was hugely distressed when it arrived since there was no wing!

Pretty standard London inner-suburb branch, which was average enough that I won't be returning any time soon. Food wasn't bad, but not too much peri spice on the chips, and my friend's breast piece arrived without the wing - took him a long time to get over it!

Decoration is very much a 3/5, and parking is quite difficult, even on a quiet Sunday night.
