Oxford Road train station is a few hundred yards walk away and Piccadilly Metrolink is about 3/4 mile/15 minutes walk away (and so is the city centre).

There is parking on Chester Street in a multi-storey, but it's pretty expensive at £4/2hr, £8/4hrs and upwards from there.

Molly was exceptional and the manager and the rest of the staff were excellent. A pleasure to be there from north wales where incidentally there are no Nando's. Mike and Lena.

This establishment books contractors to work at illegal hours and despite many complaints and reports from residents of the attached building that the noises resonate so loudly that they cannot sleep, Nando’s continues these practices. When residents try to speak to the workers, at times they have been rude and confrontational. Carrying out these works is illegal and unless Nando’s stops such actions, they will face full consequences.

I visited Nando's with a group of students. We travelled on the tram and walked from St Peter's Square. The restaurant had very good wheelchair access. We enjoyed our lunch. Good vegetarian options and important for the students that the chicken was halal.

This store in right in the midst of Manchester Metropolitan university is a hit with the students and lies next to a Chinese supermarket just off the main road. The double height front has been refurbished since the photos in the gallery were put up and is a arched wooden greenhouse effect. Outside colourful metal chairs and tables entice you to bear the cold. Within the extended entrance is waiting space.

About half an hour after leaving Fallowfield, we were in this branch for what I can describe as breakfast if Fallowfield was brunch.. Were lucky we got there when we did as the students from either Met Uni or Manchester Uni started filling the place up and blocking all exits.

We were seated in a booth, which was surrounded by some magnificent decor. After a short while reading the menu, I went to place my order. It took quite a while, as three students in front of me dithered, and were too busy playing with their hair to realise one of the tills was free. After this little hiccup, I made it to the front, my order was taken, and I returned to my table.

I went with my boyfriend for a Nando's lunch and we shared a half chicken - now I know to order a whole chicken for both of us! Definitely wasn't enough. Level: Medium (he's a wuss when it comes to hot food ;)). Sides: Chips with Peri- Peri powder, Salad and Olives.
We tried some beers we haven't had before, very nice! Sagres Beer & Brahma Beer.
We took one of the last tables, by the window and it was raining outside so a tad cold but the food made up for it!

Nandos Manchester Oxford Road is hidden away from the Main Street, and is adjacent to the side entrance for Manchester Metropolitan University. The main Oxford Road is a short walk away, and the free Metroshuttle no 2 bus stops right outside. Car parking is available at the NCP next door (charges apply).

Arrived at this Nando's at about 11:30... and I'm glad I did as by 12pm the whole place was rammed with a queue of four or five parties. It's located within the Univeristy district and with other tourist favourites such as the Manchester Museum nearby, you can see why this gets very busy.

Easily the busiest Nandos I have ever been to at lunchtime, Oxford Road Nandos is situated just off the main drag within walking distance of both the University of Manchester and Manchester Met University. Parking is pay and display during the day but will be free outside of those hours and there are numerous coffee shops and newsagents nearby.

The reason why nandos is fit for a king is because the food is just amazing. I actuaally crave for it like a pregnant woman. The chicken is just made to perfection, very tasty and tender. I went there for my first date, and now its like apart of us. If we go anywhere to eat nandos will be first on our minds. Me, my friends we've had 4plus loyalty cards already. I would definately reccommend this to anyone, as i garentee no one will be disappointed with the food!

I frequently visit nandos as i work for the NHS so appreciate my 20% discount. The staff and service is usually very good. Occasionally depending on time and occasion it can be a 30-50min wait which with young children can be awkward as at that branch you're unable to book tables in advance. Parking outside is a pay meter and the NCP car park i have just realised from this website is valid for discount as it is not widely known that a discount is available for the parking.

Nando's Oxford Road is in a brilliant location; right outside of Manchester Met Uni and close to student accommodation and other apartment buildings! Throughout my 3 years at university, I frequently visited this Nando's and have no complaints whatsoever. Even though I have now moved out of Manchester, whenever I do go back I am sure to go to Nando's Oxford Road. The service is great, staff are friendly and the food,as always, is brilliant.I have a Nando's craving just writing about it!

Parking is literally right out front and in the evenings is free as it's pay and display. It was very busy, as it always is here but we put our name down and returned later. Service was quick as always and food was great. Would definitely return to this Nando's again.

Perfect place, in the heart of Manchester. Friendly staff, and the place is the perfect size without feeling too overcrowded.
It's A 5-10 minute walk from Oxford Road station, and in the centre of Manchester Universities and student accommodation with many bars and shops right outside.
I always go there when I'm going to a gig at Manchester academy as its not far from there, and all my friends love it! I wouldn't choose anywhere else.

The foods quality is amazing all the flavours stand out and are so loud that it leaves you craving for more the moment you walk out the door

the restaurant was beyond clean as staff made sure they cleaned every table after the customers got up and everything was so organised and clean

Generally a good restaurant, but it does get very busy, usually in the evening, when you often have to wait around for a while just to be seated. It is quite cramped in there as well, which is bad when busy. Despite this, the staff are friendly, the service is quite fast, and it is very well decorated and clean. Parking is available right outside, but is quite expensive, though not a problem for me as i only live around the corner!
